Meet Cam -
At 23, I serve as both a firefighter and substitute teacher in New Mexico, gaining firsthand insight into the state's most pressing issues. My experiences have shaped my progressive vision, focusing on healthcare accessibility, affordable housing, water scarcity, climate change, mental health services, and education system improvements.
I am optimistic about New Mexico's future. I believe in the power of collective action to drive positive change, citing recent Democratic achievements such as wage increases, early childhood education initiatives, and programs benefiting working families. I am dedicated to breathing new life into county-level Democratic organizations, particularly in areas that have felt overlooked. By empowering local leaders, I will build a more resilient and responsive party structure.
Strengthening County Parties
The issues facing our county partys will be at the forefront of my agenda. I will ensure that ALL county party voices shape our policies and initiatives, creating a Democratic Party that truly serves everyone.
Bridging Divides
I am committed to actively engaging with and addressing the concerns of our rural communities, bridging the urban-rural divide that has too often fragmented our state's political landscape.
Preserving Our Blue Legacy
Through energizing our base and reaching out to all New Mexicans, I will preserve and expand our Democratic majority. My goal is to keep New Mexico blue while creating a more dynamic and inclusive party.
